24h Le Mans – Race Facts (Hour 8)

The three Audi R15 TDI prototypes moved up a position each just before 9 p.m. when the leading Peugeot lost three laps in the pits and dropped to seventh position.

Benoît Tréluyer (#9) and Mike Rockenfeller (#8) were seperated by just a few seconds in positions three and four. Dindo Capello handed the number 7 Audi R15 TDI over to start driver Allan McNish who was running 6th at 9 p.m.
