24h Le Mans – Race Facts (Hour 17)

The technical failure of the leading #2 Peugeot handed Audi a 1-2 lead just after 7 a.m. Timo Bernhard took the lead in the #9 Audi R15 TDI in front of Benoît Tréluyer in the #8.

With Dindo Capello in fourth place all three Audi R15 TDI prototypes were running in the top four. Timo Bernhard set a new fastest race-lap of an Audi in 3m 22.282s.
